Hello

They say everyone needs a creative outlet, this is something that I truly believe. As a current 2L in law school, it is almost impossible for me to find time to unwind. However, I spent three years in art school and not having a creative outlet was killing me. Hence this blog. It is easy enough for me to find thirty minutes a day to put some words on paper, or characters in a document. With that being said, here is a bit about me. My name is Harrison, I am twenty-four years old. I am currently a 2L in law school. I reside in upstate New York. My hobbies include hiking, watches, cars, and cigars. I play rugby and golf. This blog is not dedicated to one thing, rather, it is a slice of life. A slice of my life. There will be gear reviews, restaurant reviews, ramblings, and just things I find cool. As I stated above, this is my creative outlet, however, being a reviewer is something I have always wanted to do. I can't pinpoint my focus onto a single item so it'll just be a random mash up of my interests. Think of it as Gear Patrol meets Jalopnik meets Hodinkee meets Bon Appétit. Or something like that. One thing I hope to improve with this project is my photography skills and my design and style. This project is “mommy's little helper” in terms of motivation for those two (kinda three) things. So yeah, I think that is all for now. We’ll see how my ability to keep up with this progresses as the semester progresses, but I am excited about this.
